BEFORE THE SHOW

STAND DECORATION

Visual appearence of your stand will boost your participation. You can choose a themed stand matching your products.
You should use good lighting and warm colors at your stand.

INVITE CUSTOMERS

The fair organizers would do their best to attract the target audience to the fair. However, it would be more prestigious when each exhibitor invites his customers to the fair. After signing the participation contract, to raise your brand awareness, it would be best to start marketing activities and adjust your budget accordingly.

  • The online exhibitor list is created once you fill in your company information on the exhibitor portal. The visitors can easily search and reach your company once you fill in the forms on time and correctly. Be sure to add all of your information and as many products, videos and images as possible.
  • You can send out the printed invitations to your customers and dealers or distribute at the events you participate.
  • You can hang the fair posters at your company and the events you participate.
  • You can use the e-mail signature and your stand number on your emails and inform your customers that you are exhibiting at the show.
  • You can send invite your database to the fair via newsletters.
  • You can follow the fair’s social media accounts and interact. You can share fair information and invitation link on you company’s social media accounts.

DURING THE SHOW

    The following points are very important for you to boost your stand;

  • The personnel at your stand should have enough information about your company and products, have good communication skills with your target visitors and should speak proper English/Turkish and ideally one more language as Eurasia Packaging Fair is an international trade show and have visitors from 90+ countries.
  • Store business cards
  • Distribute the brochures of your company/product/services at your stand
  • Have live demonstrations (if possible) of your products/services
  • You can organize events/meetings at your stand or at the rentable meeting rooms located within the fair area.
